Registration
We ask that you please indicate your intent to attend the meeting by visiting the following Web site, http://www.blsdev.com/blsmeetings/h1131/, and by completing the online registration form, no later than May 11, 2007.
Hotel
You will be responsible for making your own hotel reservations at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge Hotel. A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the hotel. Please see the registration web site for hotel information.
Travel
You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements as well as paying for all travel (air, ground, taxi, etc.) expenses.
Transportation from the Hotel to the Meeting Site on June 13, 2007
Shuttle service will be provided on June 13th from the Hyatt Regency Cambridge Hotel to the Longwood Conference Center and back. Further information on the shuttle service will be sent at a later date.
Further Information
Upon receiving your completed registration form, we will e-mail you confirmation that your registration has been processed. We will provide you with a comprehensive logistical packet closer to the meeting date.
